Today, second day of the conference in honor of Don Blas de Lezo. Conferences were started at 9am at the Naval Museum of the Caribbean and in the cloister of Santo Domingo (Spanish Cooperation Center). Then at 5 pm at the facilities of the Caribbean Naval Museum held a reception attended by naval authorities, members of the Academy of History of Cartagena and descendants of the family of Don Blas de Lezo, who flattered the museum copy a portrait of Don Blas.
Tomorrow follow the lectures and the afternoon it will put a plaque on the walls of Cartagena and a wreath at the monument of Don Blas de Lezo opposite the fortress of San Felipe de Barajas.
