Before the 270th anniversary of the death of Blas de Lezo and Tribute Days on this event, Ramiro Ribas Narvaez, author of " The conspiracy of lies ", has conducted a commemorative sculptures that were presented by D. Javier Gomez de Olea at the ceremony of the Naval Museum and the Embassy of Spain in Cartagena de Indias.
Are pleased to present, through this page, sculpture to all followers of this unknown Spanish hero. It is unique and exclusive. Made of bronze. From a height of approximately 25 cm and 4 kg in weight (with marble plinth). Signed and numbered.
The number and price, coinciding with the anniversary number is 270 units and 270 €, respectively (not including VAT and shipping). It has also proposed to allocate € 20 from each sale to fund future projects in this cause. Receive warm greetings from Cartagena de Indias,
Today last day of the conference in honor of Don Blas de Lezo. The morning began with a series of talks that ended at 12:30 noon. Among the speakers were: Jose Manuel Restrepo, Timothée de Saint-Albin, Paul Victoria Wilches, Javier Gómez de Olea and Bustinza, Leon Trujillo Velez and Alfonso Cabrera Cruz.

Then at 4 pm attendees gathered in the Plaza de los Coches, where he placed a plaque on the counter of the wall (or face clock tower of the bridge).


Then at 5 o'clock in the afternoon all participants went to the monument of Don Blas de Lezo located at the foot of the fortress of San Felipe de Barajas, there was a wreath in charge of naval and civilian authorities, with the accompaniment of consul of the embassy of Spain in Colombia.

The flower delivery was accompanied with the interpretation of the respective national anthems of the Republic of Colombia and Spain.
This culminated in the ocean acts as a tribute to Don Blas de Lezo Basque and Olavarrieta.
